Armadillo Group is seeking a part-time Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team in Canning Vale, WA.
This position offers 15-20 hours per week with flexible scheduling arrangements.
This role will drive the execution of marketing initiatives across the Armadillo brand, strengthening our presence on digital platforms, at industry events, and in customer communications.
While this is a coordination role, we are looking for someone who brings creativity, imagination, and the ability to strategically think about the bigger picture. You will work closely with leadership to not only execute marketing activities but also contribute ideas that help shape our marketing direction as the business continues to grow.
This role would suit someone early in their marketing career who wants to develop both practical marketing skills and strategic thinking, and who enjoys turning ideas into real marketing outcomes.
What You'll Be Doing
* Assisting with the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
* Contributing creative ideas and concepts for marketing initiatives and brand development
* Coordinating the production of marketing materials including brochures, presentations, product sheets and website content
* Managing and scheduling social media content and engagement across platforms
* Supporting website updates, marketing assets, and content management
* Conducting market and competitor research to help inform marketing strategy
* Assisting with the organisation and promotion of trade shows, events, and industry promotions
* Tracking marketing activity performance and providing reporting insights
What You Bring to the Table
* 1–2 years' experience in a marketing, communications or coordination role
* A creative and imaginative approach to marketing, with the ability to generate ideas and think beyond day-to-day tasks
* An interest in understanding the bigger strategic picture of how marketing drives business growth
* A mindset focused on measurable outcomes, with an appreciation for marketing KPIs such as lead generation, engagement, campaign performance, and conversion metrics
* Comfort working with data and reporting to track marketing performance and improve results
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Ability to take direction from management and stick to agreed action plans
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Experience using marketing tools such as social media platforms, website CMS systems, Canva or Adobe tools
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to turn ideas into practical outputs
* Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
* Proficiency in social media platforms, Google Analytics, and email marketing tools is essential for this role
* Australian work authorisation is required for this position
