**The Role**
Our client, a leader in transport and logistics now have a great opportunity for a
**Customer Service Representative **to join their busy team
**9AM - 5PM.**
**Duties include**:
- Data entry, scanning, filing & uploading
- Inbound/outbound calls
- Generate reports for both internal & external stakeholders
- Escalating enquiries in timely manner
- Engage with key operational personnel to ensure requirements are achieved
- Liaising with internal & external stakeholders
- Troubleshooting & general administration
- Identify potential process improvements and escalate to delegated authority
**What you will need to be successful**:
- High level customer service skills at all times
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Excellent attention to detail
- Can do attitude / Dedicated to get the job done
- Excellent time management skills
