Role Overview
As a Community Pharmacist, you will play a pivotal role in our pharmacy's success. Your responsibilities will include:
* Customer Service: Offer friendly and personalized service, establishing rapport with customers and providing expert advice on medication usage and health management.
* Medication Management: Ensure accuracy in dispensing medications, conduct in-store medication reviews, and collaborate with healthcare professionals for optimal patient care.
* Vaccination services: Provide immunisation services and conduct health awareness programmes within the pharmacy and community to promote health and well-being.
* Business Operations: In addition to the clinical responsibilities, you will have an active role in managing day-to-day operations of the pharmacy. This includes inventory management, regulatory compliance, staff supervision, and customer service.
Availability for occasional weekend work is required.
Requirements
* Bachelor of Pharmacy degree (or equivalent) and current registration as a pharmacist in Australia.
* Vaccination accreditation or willingness to complete the training.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A customer‑centric approach with a friendly demeanour.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
