We're looking for a dynamic and commercially savvy Marketing Executive - Digital & CRM to help deliver high-impact campaigns for The Australian Ballet's mainstage seasons and programs. You'll bring strong communication skills to help engage existing audiences, attract new ones, and elevate our brand. You'll play a hands-on role in delivering end-to-end marketing campaigns — with a focus on digital and email marketing — while also supporting key partnerships, stakeholder relationships, and other marketing priorities across the company. If you're an organised, collaborative marketer with excellent writing skills, a passion for digital and CRM, and an eye for detail — this is your chance to work with a passionate and supportive team at one of Australia's most iconic arts organisations.
What you'll be doing:
* Build, write and deliver compelling eDM campaigns in support of business goals
* Assist with website & digital content updates
* Monitor and report on email performance
* Collaborate closely with the wider marketing team and external agencies to deliver effective campaigns.
What experience you'll need:
* Excellent understanding of the digital eco-system, including email platforms and broader online presence
* Experience in working in sales-oriented environment
* Strong copy writing and editing skills. A storyteller who can break down technical or complex information and effectively communicate with a range of stakeholders
* An authentic connection to, or desire to work in, either the Arts or the Creative services sector more broadly
* Experience implementing marketing or communication campaigns
* Experience in agency or brand/ campaign marketing background is desirable
