The Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and resourceful HR professional to join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in supporting our organization. This is a permanent, full-time position based in Melbourne.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

* Providing first-line P&C support to employees, volunteers, and managers across the organisation.
* Maintaining data accuracy and managing end-to-end HR transactions in Workday.
* Coching and building capability among internal stakeholders through training and guidance.
* Contributing to system enhancements and driving continuous improvement in P&C processes.


About You:

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent service and supporting the smooth operation of HR processes. Our ideal candidate will have:

* A degree or qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
* Knowledge of Australian employment legislation, awards, and HR policy frameworks.
* Demonstrated experience in HR support roles.
* Sound knowledge of Workday or other HRIS systems.
