About the Role
Deliver exceptional emergency care with the support of safe staffing ratios, while living in the Manning Valley. This permanent full-time position is based at Manning Hospital and is part of the Safe Staffing Levels rollout to improve nurse-to-patient ratios with backing from a committed nursing team.

Hours per week: 38. Employment type: Permanent Full Time. Position classification: Enrolled Nurse. Remuneration: $65,024.93 - $70,655 Per Annum + 12% Super + Salary Packaging.
Responsibilities
* Provide patient care as an Enrolled Nurse in a busy Emergency Department setting.
* Support safe staffing levels and high-quality patient care through appropriate nurse-to-patient ratios.
* Collaborate with senior staff, Clinical Nurse Specialists, Nurse Educators, and Registered Nurses to deliver care.
* Contribute to a positive, safety-focused workplace and participate in ongoing learning and quality improvement.

About You
* Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse (Medication Endorsed preferred).
* Experience in acute care or emergency settings.
