Overview
Account Manager @ Hilti — Perth, Australia. This is a role with Hilti, supported by Hatch. You will manage a portfolio of customer accounts, build a flexible work schedule, and drive sales through strong customer relationships, on-site demonstrations of tools, and high-level consultations.
What does the role involve?
- Building relationships — field-based, meeting customers daily to create value through long-term, profitable relationships
- Time and Territory Management (TTM) — create a daily schedule (on job sites and client offices) to optimize client potential and sales productivity by zone
- Be a Hilti Champion — carry technical knowledge to present high-level consultations and represent the Hilti brand in the market
- Tracking progress — use Salesforce to record interactions and sales activity; reporting is a key part of the role

What you need is
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction or Architecture (desirable)
- Experience in customer-facing roles
- Motivated, eager to learn, and able to work independently
- Hands-on attitude — demonstrate tools, use Salesforce for tracking, and collaborate with multiple departments
- Experience in the construction industry or related industries (advantageous)
- Time management, planning, and prioritization skills
- Valid full Australian driver’s license; company car provided
- Willingness to be mobile domestically or internationally to develop and perform
- Candidates on 485 Temporary Graduate Visas will be considered
