About the ABK Joint Venture
The ABK Joint Venture is a strategic partnership between Abergeldie, BMD and KBR. We are one of two industry partners delivering major infrastructure upgrades under the Integrated Planning and Delivery model for South East Water. This program ensures quality and reliable water, sewerage, and recycled water services across the region.
About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Project Administrator to join our team full-time. The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction and proven experience managing project administration.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administering multiple projects using ERP systems and IFS.
* Providing document control, including maintaining master drawing files and ensuring documents are uploaded into EDMS systems.
* Assisting with the preparation and compilation of documentation for progress claims and project reporting.
* Managing procurement activities, including obtaining quotations and ordering materials.
* Assisting with the administration of subcontracts and tracking expenditure.
* Processing daily worksheets, timesheets and delivery dockets.
* Checking and reconciling invoices as required.
What You'll Bring to the Team
The ideal candidate will possess:
* Extensive experience as a Project Administrator within the construction industry.
* Strong knowledge and understanding of procurement, contracts and reporting processes.
* Excellent time management and prioritisation skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
* Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
* Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.
