We are seeking an experienced
Network Support Officer
to support mission-critical Defence IT systems, working within deployed and secure environments on a large scale ICT modernisation program.
Sydney based
12 month contract, potential extension
NV2 Security Clearance required
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide specialist network support to mission-critical ICT systems.
* Diagnose and resolve complex network issues promptly.
* Work within degraded environments (DDIL) to maintain system functionality.
* Support the design, build, and deployment of complex network solutions.
* Support the maintenance, patching, and upgrading of systems in line with Defence requirements.
* Develop workarounds and contingency plans for adverse conditions.
* Produce and maintain SOPs, build guides, and technical artefacts.
* Manage digital certificates and ensure compliance with Defence ICT protocols.
Skills & Experience:
* NV2 Security Clearance required.
* Experience in a Network Support position.
* Experience working in
Defence.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
