This role will suit you if:
* You're passionate about the digital space. Content creation and content strategy in particular, are your bread and butter.
* You are a big believer in using empathy in content.
* You want to help brands grow and thrive.
* You have excellent analytical, numerical, and communication skills.
* You're eager to learn new skills and test new strategies.
* Ideally, have 2 years of experience in a content writing role.
* Bonus points if you already run your own blog or website.
What will you do?
* Work within the Content Department and side-by-side with SEOs to service a wide range of clients and industries.
* Create in-depth, long-form content and well-researched content that will help clients achieve organic visibility.
* Learn how to create content that engages, ranks, and converts customers.
* Learn to analyse and optimise existing content.
* Produce detailed content briefs for both internal and external teams.
* Learn how to perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
* Work towards formulating data-driven content marketing strategies.
What we're looking for:
* A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a similar is desirable.
* Existing writing experience, preferably within online content or optimising for SEO.
* Ability to maintain a high-quality output of work.
* Ability to write across a broad range of industries and topics, and also able to write across very similar topics.
* Confidence in adapting tone of voice, language, and style to match a brand's requirements and empathise with a reader.
* A self-starter keen to research and write in-depth content.
* Face-to-face client or customer service experiences.
* Fantastic time management skills.
* Applicants will require full working rights in Australia. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
