About the Opportunity
This position is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the efficient coordination of vehicle servicing. The successful candidate will undertake the following:
* Providing the ultimate customer service experience to our clients face to face
* Building and maintaining positive customer and employee relationships
* Maintaining regular contact with our customers to provide updates
* Communicating with internal department teams to ensure vehicles are completed and ready on time for our customers as promised
* Handling customer concerns and complaints with prompt, solution‐based outcomes
* Offering accurate estimates for customers requiring additional work or repairs
* Participating in ongoing training and development to grow professionally
About You
To succeed in this role, you'll bring a genuine focus on customer care, strong communication skills, and the confidence to make decisions while keeping things moving in a busy environment. You will demonstrate:
* Proven experience as a Service Advisor (highly desirable) or experience in Banking, Real Estate, or customer‐facing roles
* Excellent customer service with well‐developed verbal and written communication skills
* A proactive, professional presence
* Experience in a department where KPIs are used
* Experience with Pentana Solutions (Reynolds & Reynolds) is highly desired but not essential
* Ability to sell additional work as required
* Someone who can work autonomously but thrives as part of a team
* Enjoyment of a fast‐paced, yet fun environment
