Overview
Computershare is a global financial administration company, employing over 12,000 people with services in over 20 countries for more than 16,000 clients and 75 million customers. Issuer Services provides administrative services to Issuer Services clients and their security holders. The role of Project Coordinator involves balancing a fair and reasonable workload during the peak season, managing multiple clients, and applying specialised knowledge to maintain service levels. The role may require taking on other departmental or company tasks as required. The Project Coordinator must follow relevant company policies and procedures while engaging with stakeholders to meet client requirements and expectations.
Responsibilities
* Responsible for liaison with clients and internal stakeholders to prepare and manage the dispatch of documentation and digital communications to our client's securityholders, organise all tasks associated with meeting setup, planning and attendance, determine proxy processing rules, client reporting, and responsibilities on the day of the meeting.
* Represent the state as subject matter expert for all meeting related items.
* Work with the national team to identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies.
* Collaborate and support team members during peak season to ensure accurate and timely delivery of all client meeting requirements.
