Job Description
* Develop and implement the Victorian sales plan aligned with national strategy.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with major retail partners and decision-makers.
* Manage key accounts and oversee joint business planning.
* Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve KPIs.
* Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
* Ensure brand standards and compliance across retail and showroom environments.
The Successful Applicant
* A successful State Manager should have:
* Proven experience in a leadership role within the FMCG industry.
* Proven ability to deliver sales and margin growth.
* Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
* Established relationships with major retailers and buying groups in Victoria.
* Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
* Results-driven and strategic thinker.
* Excellent leadership and people management skills.
* Ability to work autonomously while collaborating nationally.
