Job Description:
We are looking for a special kind of person – a St Vincent’s kind of person. Someone who puts compassion, connection, and caring for others at the heart of everything they do.
As a Personal Care Assistant, you’ll be part of an experienced, engaged, and dedicated team helping to create a welcoming, professional, and supportive care experience for the residents of St Vincent's Care Service, Werribee.
St Vincent’s Care Services Werribee is a contemporary boutique aged care facility, providing a high-quality haven of care within the centrally-located Wyndham Health Precinct. It is an 80-bed facility located 30km south-west of Melbourne's city centre.

Things that work for us:

Certificate III in Individual Support / Certificate III Aged Care or similar qualification is essential.
Experience in an aged care environment.
Personal care provision that aligns with our mission and philosophy.
Experience providing services and activities centered around client needs including grooming, showering, mobility, meals, toileting, social activities.
High level of customer service skills.
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Ability to follow directives as per care plan.
Understanding of Aged Care and resident rights and responsibilities.
Vaccinated (and maintain up-to-date vaccinations) against Influenza and Covid-19.
National Police Certificate.
NDIS Worker Screening Check may be required.
