We also have five other facilities across New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia and Tasmania and have access to all major international markets, providing our livestock suppliers with a range of markets and brand opportunities. About The Role

The annual salary for this position is not less than $68,864.00 plus superannuation, commensurate with experience & skill levels applied, and more with additional allowances and/or overtime where worked.
Responsibilities Include (but Are Not Limited To)
* To adhere to Workplace Health & Safety and Quality procedures
* Ability to work within a team environment with the ability to take direction
* Good communication skills essential
* Demonstrated integrity and good presentation
* The ability to work in a fast paced environment
* Performing general slaughtering / boning / slicing / sawing duties
* High focus & attention to detail
About You
* A minimum of 2 years' proven experience in Boning, Slicing or Slaughtering / Sawing required
* Relevant qualification (Cert 2/3 meat processing) advantageous but not essential
* Knowledge and understanding of different rotations
* Proven high level of knife sharpening skills
* Knowledge and understanding of related quality requirements
