The ideal candidate will possess at least two years of recent experience in medical and/or surgical settings, with a strong ability to provide effective support and care to patients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing high-quality patient care and support in medical and surgical wards
* Developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet patient needs
* Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to achieve positive patient outcomes
Requirements:
* Degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification
* Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
* Minimum 2 years of recent experience in medical and/or surgical settings
