About the role
You will deliver evidence‐based mental health services to individuals and families. Reporting to a senior clinical leader, you will conduct assessments, develop care plans, provide counselling and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support safe, effective outcomes.
Duties
* Deliver evidence‐based counselling and case management
* Conduct intake, assessment and risk planning
* Maintain accurate clinical records
* Liaise with clinicians and service providers
* Participate in supervision and case reviews
Skills & experience
* Qualifications as a registered Psychologist / Occupational Therapist / Registered Nurse with full AHPRA registration, OR
* Social Worker with membership of the Australian Association Social Workers (AASW) on commencement, OR
* A Masters-level counselling qualification and registration with PACFA as a Registered Clinical Counsellor or with ACA at Level 3 or Level 4.
* Registration with AHPRA, AASW, PACFA or ACA
* Trauma‐informed assessment experience
* Strong written and verbal communication
* Confidence managing complex client needs
