Due to significant growth, we're seeking a full-time Administration Officer to help ensure smooth, efficient day-to-day operations and play a vital role in our close-knit team.
About the role:
You'll coordinate driver runs, manage bookings, communicate with customers, handle general office duties, support invoicing and government compliance, and be the go-to person ensuring our operations flow seamlessly.
You're someone who:
* Takes pride in meticulous attention to detail
* Juggles multiple tasks with ease while delivering excellent customer service
* Has strong organizational and communication skills
* Thrives in a fast-paced environment
* Is computer proficient with a friendly, team-oriented attitude
* Experience in waste or transport is a bonus, but not essential
