Drive marketing activities that ensure the long-term success of the Personal Care portfolio and retail categories.
Develop and execute marketing strategies across all aspects of the marketing mix to enhance your skills.
Key responsibilities include:Supporting the Marketing ManagerDeveloping and launching new productsAssisting the internal sales team with go-to-market plans and category strategiesMonthly analysis and reporting of sales dataManaging brand media campaigns, including planning, creative, reporting, and budgetingMonitoring and tracking monthly brand budgetsOverseeing creative execution with internal and external partnersEnsuring compliance with company policies and proceduresDesired Skills and ExperienceAbout YouWe seek a passionate marketer eager to innovate and bring meaningful change to established product categories.
You should have at least 1+ years of experience in brand management or similar roles, with a desire to grow your marketing capabilities.
Preferred qualifications include:Experience with FMCG products and/or categoriesKnowledge of grocery category reviews (advantageous)Exceptional attention to detail in packaging, product design, media creative, and support channelsSolid understanding of marketing plans, including in-store and above-the-line mediaExperience analyzing grocery channel data, including scan sales and promotional effectivenessAbility to manage budgets and forecasts related to marketing activitiesStrong organizational and project management skillsExcellent communication skillsAbility to collaborate effectively within teams and across departments
