About the Role
Establish a leadership position within our Arrotex Pharmaceuticals division as a pivotal finance manager. This role involves driving financial performance, compliance, and continuous improvement across a complex portfolio while leading and developing a high-performing finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop an accurate and timely month-end reporting process with insightful analysis.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to oversee brand pharma partnership transactions, ensuring seamless execution.
* Promote accurate balance sheet reconciliations and promptly resolve variances.
* Ensure compliance obligations FBT BAS ABS are completed accurately and on time.
* Manage audit processes to achieve clean audit outcomes and maintain company policy compliance.
* Lead mentorship and develop a team of finance professionals, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
* Partner with senior stakeholders to provide financial insights supporting strategic decision-making.
* Drive process and system improvements to enhance efficiency and financial governance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Hold a degree in Accounting or Finance, preferably with CPA or CA qualification.
* Minimum 7 years post-qualification experience, including at least 3 years team leadership.
* Strong technical accounting knowledge with proven experience across reporting, reconciliations, compliance, and audit.
* Advanced Excel and MS Office 365 skills; ERP experience in Business Central, SAP, or similar is highly regarded.
* Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across the business.
* Experience in pharmaceutical or FMCG industries is advantageous; Big 4 background is desirable.
