As an Assistant Concession Manager, you will assist in delivering the concession store's financial targets and KPIs, focusing on creating a warm and genuine customer service experience.
This role also involves building a team that is empowered to exceed expectations.
Key responsibilities
Drive a customer centric culture, creating a warm and meaningful in-store experience
Assist in driving sales, profit and productivity by ensuring the achievement of all key performance indicators as set by the business
Support the Concession Manager by ensuring the team understands all business objectives, with a clear focus on commercial acumen
Inspire and empower your team through collaborative leadership, training and development

Attributes you possess
A passion for the retail industry, exceptional service and a strong sense of personal style and presentation
Assist with managing budgets, interpreting financial reports and generating efficient rosters
Support the Concession Manager in managing the performance, productivity, training and development of the team
Operational excellence, experience with stock control and visual merchandising
Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business
Great opportunity for a full-time Sales Assistant or Supervisor seeking progression in their retail career
