About the Junior Performance Marketer role
We're looking for a Junior Performance Marketer to join Soone Agency, a Sydney-based performance marketing agency working with fast-growing service and ecommerce brands.
This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who wants hands‐on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, learning directly from senior strategists, and developing real-world performance skills.
You'll support the setup, optimisation, and reporting of paid media campaigns, assist with creative testing, analyse results, and help improve client performance over time. You'll also learn how to think strategically about growth, funnels, and ROI, not just execute tasks.
We're looking for someone curious, analytical, and eager to learn. Prior experience with Google Ads or Meta Ads is a bonus but not required — strong fundamentals, attention to detail, and a willingness to improve matter most.
This is a full‐time role with clear progression into a mid‐level performance marketer as skills and confidence grow.
