Job Overview:
We are seeking a customer-focused professional to manage customer repairs and servicing. This role involves ensuring timely completion of tasks while providing exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Actively manage customer repairs & servicing
* Manage faulty products, liaise with service agents & suppliers, and maintain the service database
* Keep customers updated on repair status and ensure completion within an acceptable timeframe
* Assist with administrative duties, including processing invoices, claims, and reconciliations
* Run weekly reports for repairs/service jobs and advise customers of stock arrival
* Be health and safety conscious
Requirements:
* Experience in a customer-focused retail business or ability to work in one
* High-volume administration experience
* Ability to juggle multiple tasks with a flexible attitude
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to think on your feet and manage own workflow
* Organisational and prioritisation skills
* Familiarity with Australian Consumer Law (desirable)
