We are seeking a skilled leader to oversee the performance of our retail store.
The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in managing teams of 15 or more people in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. They will be responsible for driving sales results, achieving targets, and working with high-net-worth individuals to build meaningful relationships.

Requirements:
* Minimum five years' experience leading teams in a retail or client-focused environment.
* Sales generation and management experience.
* Experience working towards targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Ability to work with high-net-worth individuals in a selling environment.
