**Receptionist / Admin Assistant / PA**

**Location**: Hampton, VIC
**Employment Type**: Casual (2-3 regular days per week)

Join Our Team at our elite Hair & Skin Clinic in Hampton.

We're looking for a friendly, organised, and detail-oriented **Receptionist / Admin Assistant / Personal Assistant** to join our professional and high-performing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing, industry-leading clinic that combines advanced cosmetic treatments with personalised care.

You'll play a key role in supporting both our patients and team—creating a seamless, welcoming front-of-house experience while managing a variety of important administrative tasks.

**What We're Looking For**
- Well-presented with a polished, professional appearance
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
- Able to multitask, prioritise and stay calm under pressure
- Friendly, warm, and client-focused
- Strong communication skills—verbal and written
- Reliable, punctual, and consistent in your work ethic
- Technically competent in **Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook**:

- Willingness to learn medical administration and clinic procedures
- Prior experience in reception, customer service, or admin preferred

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet patients warmly and manage front desk operations
- Manage bookings, appointment scheduling, and patient follow-ups
- Process payments via EFTPOS and Stripe
- Accurately receipt and invoice clients
- Prepare and manage patient documentation before and after appointments
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the reception area
- Support both clinical and executive staff with admin and PA tasks
- Uphold a calm, professional, and welcoming environment at all times

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
