About The Role
You will be part of a dynamic and inclusive business enterprise that provides opportunities for people with disabilities to be employed alongside other trade-skilled team members, to maintain a wide variety of sites for our commercial clients. You will be hands-on, leading the team from the front with a variety of gardening tasks, grounds maintenance and cleaning.

Leads small teams, providing coaching and allocating and prioritising work between team members to meet contract specifications and scheduling.
Immediately report any accidents, injuries, identified hazards and/or risks.
Develop positive relationships with external customers, suppliers and contractors, promoting Aruma services through excellent customer service.
Skills That Make You Stand Out
A trade and/or horticulture certificate or equivalent qualification or equivalent knowledge and experience.
Problem solving and technical skills to address maintenance, contract and scheduling issues.
A high level of physical fitness to meet the manual handling requirements of the position.
Sound verbal and written communication. Sound negotiation skills, able to resolve conflict and assess when to escalata issues.
Sound organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload.
Valid current driver's licence.
Working with Children Check or willing to obtain.
NDIS Worker Screening Check or willing to obtain.
White card, and understanding of WHS requirements.
Formal team leadership training and/or equivalent knowledge and experience with demonstrated ability to supervise and support staff.
