Key Account Manager Operations - Melbourne
We are looking for an enthusiastic person who would like to join our team and start their career in International Freight Forwarding and Customs Brokerage.The right person for this role must have meticulous attention to detail, an eagerness to learn and have a passion to provide a high-quality level of customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities for this role include and not limited to:
Working alongside the Key Account Managers to support client retention
Updating our Enterprise operating system, Cargowise with correct and timely information
Checking job registrations
Uplaoding documents to client portals
Checking shipment dashboard to confirm status of shipments
Distributing documentation as required
Facilitate release of shipments
Escalate any issues to the Key Account Managers
