What you'll bring
* 15+ years' experience client-side or contractor-side, with a sound construction delivery pedigree.
* Proven leadership across retail fit-out, refurb and commercial office programs—multiple concurrent projects, complex stakeholder environments.
* Sharp commercial judgement (scope, program, risk, claims) and confident stakeholder communication.
* Tidy governance and reporting discipline; you don't drop the ball.
What you'll do
* Set strategy, programs and budgets; lock alignment with senior stakeholders.
* Lead consultant/contractor teams to drive quality, safety and cost outcomes.
* Resolve issues early, manage risk and keep decisions moving.
* Mentor juniors and lift delivery standards across the portfolio.
