About the Opportunity Join Steadfast Technologies in a high-impact 18‑month engagement with the potential to convert to a permanent role. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with clients and driving meaningful outcomes across a national broker network. As a Broker Experience Consultant, you’ll support brokers through the implementation, configuration, and ongoing optimisation of our SaaS platforms. In this highly consultative, customer-facing role, you’ll act as a trusted partner—delivering tailored technical solutions, guiding data migrations, and driving strong adoption to maximise value. We’re looking for someone with strong client-facing or customer service experience, a solid technical foundation or aptitude, and ideally some exposure to insurance. Key Responsibilities Partner with brokers to understand business requirements and deliver tailored Broker Experience solutions Execute configuration, customisation, and data migration activities using Steadfast Technologies’ tools and scripts Develop and run SQL to support data cleansing, transfers, and workflow requirements Maintain SLAs by managing requests, providing regular updates, and communicating resolutions to stakeholders Collaborate with internal Product, Development, and Support teams to troubleshoot issues and enhance platform functionality Skills and Qualifications Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills with a customer‑first mindset Proven experience with SQL and technical configuration or data migration activities Excellent problem‑solving skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple requests, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, FreshDesk, and the Microsoft technology stack Benefits As a valued member of the Steadfast team, you'll enjoy a comprehensive array of benefits tailored to support your professional and personal well-being.
