About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced People & Culture Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
* Recruitment, employee engagement and performance management including performance reviews, disciplinary procedures and grievance processes
* Talent development initiatives, policy and compliance areas such as Workplace Health and Safety (WHS)
* Participation in People & Culture projects such as employee wellbeing, diversity and inclusion, employee engagement, leadership development and recognition programs
Requirements
* Relevant tertiary qualifications, minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within the legal sector or other professional services environment
* Confidence to autonomously manage a recruitment portfolio, excellent verbal and written communication skills with good attention to detail
* Proven ability to communicate effectively and confidentially, skills in building and maintaining strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
