Sales Account Manager Role
We are seeking a motivated and driven Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers and driving growth through upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
You will have the opportunity to work with small to medium-sized businesses in regional markets, helping us expand our customer base while building your skills in business development and relationship management. Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of customers to drive growth and exceed sales targets
* Generate leads and qualify opportunities using strategic market research and insights
* Build strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships
* Negotiate and resolve issues with customers in a professional and efficient manner
* Stay ahead of industry trends and provide innovative solutions to meet customer needs
Requirements:
* Up to 5 years' experience in account management or inside sales, preferably in a B2B environment
* A customer-first mindset with the ability to build and sustain strong relationships
* Experience with CRM tools to effectively track and grow sales pipeline
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage confidently with customers
* A drive to learn and adapt, using industry trends to deliver tailored solutions
