About the Role
* You'll be a key member of our commercial team, supporting the growth of our business while developing your technical and commercial skills.
* You'll be the bridge between customers and internal teams, coordinating raw ingredient enquiries, ensuring specifications are accurately communicated, and maintaining compliance with TGA and legal requirements.

About You
* Diploma in Formulation Chemistry or a Science degree (Chemistry, Nutrition, Herbal Medicine) or practical chemical experience

* Previous customer service experience in the ingredients or chemical industry is a plus
* Solutions-focused, proactive, and able to work independently
