**Duties**:
- Drive sales support by delivering exceptional customer service while creating brand awareness
- Manage sales quotations, customer orders and invoices.
- Assist the Key Account Managers and business as required with any ad hoc general business-related tasks (i.e sales reports, sales analysis, pricing, returns, warranty, replacements, stock management)
**Skills and Experience**:
- Minimum 2 years in sales administration/customer service or similar role
- A Tertiary Education or TAFE certification is desirable
- Experience in Sage and Zendesk an advantage but not mandatory.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with intermediate to advanced Excel skills (i.e VLookip & HLookup)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Highly developed organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail with analysis and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritise, multitask and adapt to changing working demands
- Professional work ethic with an ability to work as an integral member of a small team and autonomously.
- Must be on a Permanent Residency visa
