The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing quality curriculum programs using effective teaching methods, assessing and reporting student progress, and utilizing inclusive teaching strategies to adapt practices for equitable education.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement quality curriculum programs aligned with curriculum policies
* Assess and report student progress in a timely manner
* Utilize inclusive teaching strategies to adapt practices for equitable education
* Analyze student assessment data to identify learning barriers and encourage improvement
* Collaborate with school leadership, staff, and parents to support student engagement in learning
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A strong understanding of Catholic values and mission
* Teacher accreditation with the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA)
* Proven experience in collaborating with school counsellors, classroom teachers, and executive staff
* Ability to work effectively with teacher's aides and Allied Health professionals
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
