Apply on Kit Job: kitjobau.com/job/34ileh Service Advisor Star & Circle Automotive Willetton, WA Automotive Trades (Trades & Services) Full time $80,000 - $100,000 per year As a busy and expanding business, we require an additional service advisor to manage our clients' needs from vehicle drop-off through to pick-up at job completion, working alongside an existing service advisor. Starting out in 2020, Star & Circle Automotive has grown into one of Perth's leading independent specialist workshops. We pride ourselves on our up-front approach where the customer is aware of their vehicle's requirements and costs at every step of the job. About the Role: Daily tasks include: · Taking bookings & providing information on the services we provide in person, over the phone or via email. · Checking in customers cars in for service, maintenance, or repairs. · Assessing job & vehicle service records to determine work required. · Working with technicians to provide accurate updates on vehicle status. · Liaising with customers to understand work required or being undertaken on their vehicle. · Creating quotes and invoices & clearly communicating to customers. · Helping ensure a smooth daily workflow Occasionally you may be required to deliver or collect parts from suppliers, customers or vehicles to their desired destination. There is also the opportunity to bring your process improvement skills to the business as we're constantly evolving our methods and procedures to ensure the workshop run smoothly. Desirable requirements: · A confident communicator with the ability to develop & maintain customer relationships. · Calm, organised, and structured with workflow. · Ability to prioritise tasks & remain focus with attention to detail. · Comfortable in applying systems, processes and standard operating procedures. · Someone who contributes to the team environment. · Bonus if you've been a technician or worked in a workshop (not essential). · High level of self-motivation, timekeeping, organisational, and communication skills. · Neat & tidy presentation. · General computer literacy. · Full current Australian driving Based in Australia · Full working rights in Australia.
