Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Supervisor
This is a permanent, full-time position working 40 hours per week on a day-shift roster. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading electrical maintenance execution to deliver safe, reliable and compliant work across all equipment and systems.

* The successful candidate will oversee resource readiness, work quality and accurate data use.
* Field audits, compliance checks and communicating clear findings are also key responsibilities.
* Supporting continuous improvement by encouraging ideas and enabling solutions is essential.
About You
You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:
* Confidently guiding a diverse team with inclusive, supportive leadership.
* Navigating complex maintenance environments with sound judgement and calm decision-making.
* Building strong relationships, resolving conflict constructively and influencing positive outcomes.
* Interpreting technical information and prioritising work to maintain safe, effective operations.
Qualifications
* A current 'C' class driver's licence.
* Schedule 26 Statutory Supervisor appointment.
* Eligibility to hold, or current holding of, a Section 5.10 MSIR appointment.
* Formal leadership qualification.
