The Role
We're seeking a Partnership Manager (BDM) to grow and strengthen relationships with key referral partners. You'll be the go-to person for your portfolio, ensuring partners receive outstanding service while also identifying opportunities to deepen collaboration and drive results.
You'll manage everything from onboarding new partners, coordinating meetings, and preparing marketing materials, through to providing ongoing support and solutions for partners' needs. This role is about connection, advocacy, and delivering excellence - while working alongside a high-performing, supportive team.
What you'll be doing:
* Growing and managing a portfolio of referral partners, keeping relationships strong and productive.
* Guiding new partners through the onboarding process, contracts, and compliance steps.
* Acting as a trusted point of contact - providing timely answers and practical solutions.
* Preparing tailored materials, presentations, and business packs to showcase our offering.
* Keeping on top of partner performance, reporting insights, and suggesting improvements.
* Attending industry events and meetings to expand networks and open doors.
* Working closely with colleagues across the business to deliver on shared goals.

* A background in sales, partnerships, or business development (financial services experience a plus).
