The Youth Support and Development Program walks alongside young people who are navigating disconnection, uncertainty or barriers to education, training and employment. As a Case Worker, you will be part of the moment a young person realises they are capable, valued and not alone. Your support can change the trajectory of a life.# **About the role**This role is all about meaningful connection. You will work closely with young people to build life skills, strengthen independence, and create pathways toward education, training and employment. Through one-on-one support, group programs and community engagement, you will help young people reconnect with their strengths, their culture and their sense of possibility.This is a permanent part-time position offering 30.4 hours per week and is based in Port Augusta. Reporting to the Team Leader, this position is within the Country Youth Services team.
