The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated Estimator / Co-ordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and building strong relationships with clients and colleagues. You will be responsible for preparing cost estimates, managing project coordination from initial enquiry to completion, and ensuring every project runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for fencing projects
* Interpret plans, drawings, and technical documents
* Liaise with clients, suppliers, and contractors
* Coordinate project timelines, resources, and site activities
* Ensure quality and safety standards are met
* Provide exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle
About You
* Experience in estimating, project coordination, or similar (fencing/construction preferred)
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
* Proficiency with computers and estimating software
* Valid driver's licence
