The Role
This role calls for a dynamic facilitator to lead high-impact co-design engagements that deliver strategic outcomes for Defence. You'll manage end-to-end delivery—from scoping and planning to facilitation and follow-up—ensuring engagements are outcomes-focused, well-structured, and aligned with priorities.
As a team leader, you'll foster trust, creativity, and continuous improvement while guiding a skilled team. You'll collaborate with senior executives and cross-functional groups to turn complex challenges into co-design opportunities, building strong relationships and driving enterprise-level change. Beyond facilitation, you'll contribute strategically by shaping the Centre's pipeline, sharing insights, and supporting its evolution.
Your inclusive, adaptive style—grounded in emotional intelligence—will create safe spaces for collaboration, critical thinking, and innovation. This is an exciting opportunity to influence a transformative program and shape how Defence works together to achieve strategic outcomes.
