Our mission is bigger than ever, and we are looking for a professional and motivated Office Manager to manage and improve operational processes across multiple locations.

As our new Office Manager, you will oversee facilities, office infrastructure, motor vehicle fleet, contracts, IT coordination, and reception services, ensuring our workplaces are safe, organised, and welcoming. By bringing structure, clarity, and calm to a busy environment, you will empower our frontline teams to focus on what matters most: delivering meaningful support for children and families.
About the role:
Reporting to the CFO, you will:
* Lead all facilities and office operations across offices.
* Manage vendor contracts, procurement and service agreements.
* Oversee motor vehicle fleet compliance, including procurement, leasing, servicing and incident management.
* Act as primary liaison with IT and telephony providers.
* Maintain asset registers, compliance documentation and workplace standards.
* Lead and develop the reception/administration team.
* Manage office setup activities including new sites, relocations, space planning and reconfigurations in line with WHS and ergonomic standards.
* Partner with the WHS Advisor to ensure safe and compliant work environments.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, compliance and employee experience.
What You’ll Bring:
* Tertiary qualifications in Business, Facilities or Office Management are desirable.
* Experience within an NFP or mission-driven organisation is highly regarded.
* Demonstrated experience in Office or Facilities Management.
* Operational IT proficiency, supporting employees by managing systems, software and technology workflows.
* Strong vendor, contract and budget management capability.
* Proven ability to lead a small team, fostering accountability, professional standards, and a positive workplace culture.
* High-level organisational and project coordination skills.
* Confidence managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
* Knowledge of WHS legislation and experience contributing to workplace safety practices.
* Solutions-oriented, applying continuous improvement and systems thinking to optimise processes, resources, and workplace efficiency.
* Driver’s licence and ability to regularly travel across our office locations.
* Eligibility for a Working with Children Check and National Police Certificate.
