Position: Enrolled Nurse
Employment type: Permanent Full Time. Hours per week: 38. Location: Broken Hill NSW. Remuneration: $66,976.41 - $72,773.45 + Superannuation.
Under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, provide safe, compassionate, person-centred care in collaboration with clients, individuals, and the multidisciplinary health care team to achieve quality care outcomes.

Qualifications & Competencies
* Current endorsed Enrolled Nurse registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
* Demonstrated application of professional and ethical boundaries in patient care within a multi-disciplinary team.
* Evidence of evidence-based practice and critical thinking to advocate and implement person-centred care.
* Capacity to identify and resolve conflict situations and manage emotional responses.
* Commitment to work and partner with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander patients, families and staff to enhance health outcomes.
* Participation in professional development and continuous skill enhancement.
* Understanding of evidence-based best practice and its implementation.
* Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication within a multidisciplinary team.
Employment Incentives
Annual Recruitment Incentive Package up to $10,000 under NSW Health Rural Health Workforce Incentive Scheme; payments fortnightly; may be pro-rata to contracted or ordinary working hours.
