We are seeking a capable and organised HR Coordinator to support the school's people and culture function across a broad range of operational HR activities.

Key Responsibilities
* Support the implementation of HR initiatives aligned to the school's strategic goals.
* Manage end-to-end recruitment coordination, including:
o Advertising roles and managing candidate applications.
o Screening, interview scheduling, and reference checks.
o Liaising with hiring managers and external agencies where required.
o Coordinating onboarding to ensure a seamless commencement experience.
* Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.
* Assist with performance review processes, employee engagement activities, and professional development coordination.
* Provide first-level advice on HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
* Support workforce planning and assist in identifying future staffing needs across academic and operational teams.
* Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and service-oriented HR function within a school environment.
About You
* Previous experience in an HR Coordinator or HR administrative role, ideally within education or another structured environment.
* Strong recruitment coordination experience across teaching and professional staff roles is highly regarded.
* Sound understanding of employment legislation, compliance, and best practice HR processes.
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Professional, approachable, and confident building relationships across all levels of a school community.
