About the Role
As a Forklift Driver, you'll play an integral role in our day-to-day manufacturing operations, collaborating with a supportive and high-performing team to produce quality systems that meet strict safety and sustainability standards. Department shifts are staggered; standard working hours are anywhere between 6am and 6pm, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities
* Safely and efficiently operate forklifts and other material handling equipment in accordance with company guidelines and procedures
* Adhere to all workplace health and safety protocols, including pre-shift equipment and forklift checks, and promptly reporting any issues to the department Area Coordinator
* Load, unload, stack, and move materials within the warehouse or production area using the forklift to optimise loads
* Maintain a clean and organised work area, including aisles, storage areas, and equipment
* Complete and maintain accurate documentation, including logbooks, delivery records, and incident reports adhering to specified timeframes
* Contribute to a positive and equitable working environment through the following behaviours – lead by example, be positive, accountable and results-driven.
About You
* Previous experience as a forklift driver in a warehouse environment
* Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively, within in a team environment
* Commitment to complying with our zero-tolerance Drug and Alcohol Policy
* Hold a valid forklift licence
* Heavy Rigid (HR) truck licence (not required but highly desirable)
