Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the media and advertising industry.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet revenue targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized advertising solutions for clients.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
Manage and track sales performance using CRM tools.
Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities and pipeline progress.
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in media sales or related fields.
Experience in newspaper, media, or social media advertising sales.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
A passion for media, advertising, and digital marketing is a plus.
