What you'll be doing?
* Provide Technical Support: Offer expert technical guidance and quotations to customers across various industrial sectors, ensuring their needs are met with precision and care.
* Nurture Customer Relationships: Focus on customer satisfaction and retention by supporting existing accounts and building lasting connections.
* Explore New Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business prospects across the full product portfolio, leveraging leads generated by the marketing team.
* Collaborate for Success: Work closely with engineers and supply partners to develop and deliver customized solutions that exceed client expectations.
* Manage Sales Process: Utilize the CRM system to effectively manage your sales pipeline and achieve agreed objectives.
* Conduct Client Visits: Engage in on-site meetings, equipment inspections, and product introductions to strengthen client relationships and showcase our expertise.
Who are they looking for?
* Technical Sales Experience: Ideally 2+ years in technical sales within industrial or mechanical components, but we welcome candidates with transferable skills and a willingness to learn.
* Mechanical Knowledge: Familiarity with power transmission products such as couplings, motors, gearboxes, bearings, or drives is preferred, but comprehensive training will be provided to all successful candidates.
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a knack for presenting complex information in a clear, engaging manner.
* Customer-Centric Approach: A consultative, solution-oriented mindset that puts the customer's needs first and fosters long-term relationships.
* Versatility: Confidence in supporting a diverse customer base, from end-users to OEMs, throughout the entire sales cycle.
