About the Role
You will be joining a team of food quality professionals, working in a dynamic and fast growing multinational company. This would be a great opportunity for someone looking to advance their career in food quality.
Your key responsibilities in this role will include:
Identify and report trends in quality data, complaints, or non-conformances
Support or deliver staff training on food safety, hygiene, allergen handling, and quality procedures.
Conduct internal audits and inspections (GMP, glass and brittle plastics, allergen verification, etc.).
Maintain approved supplier documentation and ensure supplier compliance with specifications.
Support QC team with calibration, equipment verification, and shelf-life studies
Maintain controlled documents, supplier documents and CoA's
Raw material and finished product release
Assist with the site environmental monitoring system (microbiological, allergens)
Support with validation and verification studies
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
QA experience within the food or pharmaceutical industry
Tertiary education within a relevant topic; food science and technology, microbiology, food engineering
Experience and familiarity with GFSI standards (BRCGS)
Lean Manufacturing experience/knowledge (advantageous)
