Job Description
* Manage end-to-end delivery of construction projects, ensuring time lines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external contractors to align project objectives and expectations.
* Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk assessments, and progress reports.
* Oversee procurement of materials and services in line with project requirements.
* Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, safety standards, and regulations.
* Monitor and manage project budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities where possible.
* Coordinate site inspections and address any issues that may arise during the construction process.
* Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress and outcomes.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Construction Project Manager should have:
* Proven experience managing construction projects of food & beverage facilities, preferably in the leisure, travel, and tourism industry.
* Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and compliance requirements.
* Excellent project management and organisational skills.
* Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including contractors and senior management.
* Proficiency in project management tools and software.
