Global Insurance Leadership Opportunity
* As a key member of the insurance leadership team, you will oversee the architecture, placement, and ongoing optimization of the global insurance program for a high-hazard industrial portfolio. This is a global remit, not a regional back office role.
* You will lead the design and placement of the global property, business interruption, and liability program to ensure optimal risk management strategies are in place.
* Responsibilities include running the annual renewal and tender process, including actuarial input, broker RFPs, negotiations, and board-level approvals to secure best-in-class coverage.
* You will work closely with brokers to bring insight, options, and creativity rather than standard templates, setting the agenda to achieve superior results.
* In collaboration with the enterprise risk function, you will align catastrophic scenarios, controls, and insurance structures to minimize risk exposure.
* You will analyze risk surveys, engineering reports, and operational realities to provide clear recommendations on limits, deductibles, and wording that meet the company's risk management objectives.
