 
        
        Control Room Specialist
This role involves ensuring the delivery of security and safety to assigned sites by undertaking control room duties and incident management.
The incumbent will be responsible for monitoring surveillance footage, compiling reports, and coordinating an effective security presence, complemented by exemplary customer service skills.
 * Monitor, operate, and review CCTV systems.
 * Communicate and liaise with emergency services and associated internal and external stakeholders.
 * Maintain and write accurate security incident reports, data logs, emergency response activities, and visitor logs.
 * Assess and respond to situations of risk adeptly and in line with standard operating procedures.
 * Operate a two-way radio communication network for security personnel and manage the deployment of security personnel.
 * Access control for personnel, employees, and visitors.
 * Participate in ongoing training programs and exercises.
Key Requirements
 * Strong administrative skills, computer competency, and excellent email etiquette.
 * Ability to work within a fast-paced team environment and experience with Fire-Panels.
 * Knowledge across software such as Gallagher, Avigilon, Genetec, Ascom, and Passagepoint.
 * Current Security Licence with a Control Room endorsement.
 * Current First Aid and CPR Certification.
 * Valid Driver's license with transport.
 * Ability to work collaboratively in a team or independently.
